Zameel knows how to improve the look and functionality of your body through detailed and individualised resistance training methods. Constant guidance and commitment combined with smart, consistent training and nutrition programming anything is achievable. Learning to see failure as growth, creating a platform to educate, motivate and promote a positive environment is key for client success. Collaboration is vital and through this, results that last will be the outcome.
Abhimanyu Singh Tanwar
Abhimanyu has an experience of over 6+ years and 11 Gyms over India. Philosophy – I use my experience from sports and cooking to help clients achieve the goals they have set for themselves and more. I believe the key to this success is by building a solid foundation in the beginning. I am passionate about using correct form, proper technique, and injury prevention in a fun environment. I believe that we all, regardless of our current conditioning, are able to achieve the goals that we have for ourselves. With consistency and perseverance, anything is possible.

I specialise in understanding how we move and aim to help clients move better, to be fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.
Sakshi has an experience of over 5+ years. Graduated in classical and Bollywood Dance from Shiamak Mumbai and Genesis Dance Forum Banglore. Achieving a lean, healthy body means so much more than simply following a ‘diet’ and ‘doing’ exercise; it is my philosophy to help clients overcome the many self-imposed limitations that ultimately hinder people from reaching and sustaining their goals – and not just for an event or holiday, but for the long-term future.
